I had such high hopes for this hotel, but with missing blinds, how can one even sleep? Combine that with a staff member who rudely denied my polite request for a late check-out, and it was borderline tragic. I woudl ve been satisfied with some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, this place just didn’t deliver. Almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Krakow vibes and rooftop chills 🥂
Ag man, the rooftop jacuzzi was a total vibe! We enjoyed some sundowners there, watching the sunset over the city. Plus, the staff were super friendly—shout out to the chommie at reception for the pro tips on exploring Krakow. The room was dik comfy with big windows letting in loads of light!
Only thing was the breakfast was just alright, could've been better. Eina, didn't have our expectations met there.

Luxurious Stay with Exceptional Amenities
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, highlighted by the stunning rooftop jacuzzi that offered breathtaking city views and the complimentary mini-bar that was restocked daily, providing a delightful array of drinks. The breakfast was remarkably diverse, featuring freshly made hot options that were cooked to order, ensuring a great start to the day. My only suggestion would be to offer more soundproofing on the street-facing rooms, as some noise could be heard at night.

The rooftop jacuzzi offers a stunning city view, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Innovative room designs include smartphone control for room features, adding a modern touch that enhances convenience.
A few personal preferences popped up, like the dark decor that felt a tad heavy rather than cozy. The newly minimalist approach, while sleek, left limited surface space for personal items, which can be tricky when staying for longer. Shower water temperature wasn't always consistent, which could be frustrating if you're hoping for that perfect rinse after a long day.
